Today, I focused on learning Elementor in preparation for the upcoming Arts, Media, and Communications workshop. I went through the training videos Tierney provided, and I found the platform surprisingly intuitive—honestly, even more so than Block Editor.
One of the features I appreciate most about Elementor is the ability to drag and drop widgets, making the design process much more seamless. Changing website colors is also incredibly simple—unlike Block themes, which require navigating through templates, Elementor allows for quick adjustments directly from the sidebar.
I am looking forward to mentoring at the Portfolio Workshop sessions. I really enjoy working with others in a mentorship setting, and Elementor is quickly becoming one of my favorite Digital Humanities tools.
