I fear my brain is rotting due to exhaustion, so this training went a bit slower than I would have liked. I shall be scheduling a meeting with one of you trusty digital professionals, as, similar to, I hurt myself in my confusion (figure 1). I chose to highlight race on my map, and tried to insert text to show “number of children alive”, as I feel like there may be significant data there–although, given the incredibly uneven racial demographic, the sample size may be insufficient to make any claim with significance.
I think it’s the “coding” that is intimidating me; the more complicated the style elements became, ie the “include formula here” areas, my brain (still reeling from first-year stats) became overwhelmed. I will try again when it is light out.
For now, enjoy my sufficient map.
